By accessing or using MatchHop (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchHop.

3. User Accounts

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You’re responsible for any activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

• You may not upload unlawful, harassing, or offensive content.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of your identity.
• Respect other users: harassment, hate speech, or bullying is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content—logo, design, video features, text, graphics—is owned by MatchHop or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We’ll post the revised terms here and update the effective date above.
