Our Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective Date: July 6, 2025

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

MatchHop has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our platform is exclusively for individuals who are 18 years or older.

2. Age Verification

We require all users to enter their age during the registration process. Anyone found to have falsified their age or identity will be immediately removed and reported.

3. Prohibited Content

We prohibit all content that depicts, promotes, or references the exploitation or abuse of minors, including:

• Sexualized content involving minors
• Messages or media that reference underage individuals in a sexual context
• Inappropriate roleplay or coercive behavior

4. Reporting Mechanism

If you see any suspicious or harmful content, you can report it through the in-app reporting tools or by emailing info@matchhop.co.za. Reports are reviewed urgently by our safety team.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

We'll work with local and international law enforcement, as well as trusted child safety organizations, to ensure any criminal activity is reported and addressed swiftly.

6. Platform Monitoring & AI Safeguards

We use moderation tools to detect and remove any harmful content to ensure safety at scale.

7. Ongoing Commitment

MatchHop regularly updates its safety policies and educates its team to ensure we uphold the highest standards in protecting children from online exploitation.
